Palermo Real Estate Professionals is a boutique brokerage. We’re local. We’re small. Prewritten newsletters and sanitized posts are not created for us. We mostly do things the old fashioned way—like breakfast meetings to talk about our listings or working lunches to learn about complementary industries.
And that’s the best part.
After starting out with a huge nationwide brokerage, I decided to make the move to Palermo for exactly this reason. Because at Palermo I know my broker and my coworkers—like personally know. When I call into the office, I don’t have to explain who I am. When I have a question over the weekend, I get an answer.
Many of my coworkers were born and raised in Tampa, just like me. We know this community like the backs of our hands. We know the schools. We know the family-owned restaurants and local shops. We’re still friends with people we’ve known since preschool.
Palermo is not a real estate factory that only cares about my numbers. It’s a group of people I can relate to, and who have the same goals as I do: Using knowledge, connections and community history to help clients find the best homes to meet their needs, and doing that with honesty and integrity.
