Remember how home sales slowed in 2022, coinciding with increasing interest rates? Buyers in the luxury market didn’t seem to notice. Several of this year’s high-dollar buyers were locals, while two hail from Chicago and Minneapolis. Some were techies and one is the daughter of a billionaire sports team owner. All but one were cash purchases.
